Through the love of her childhood friend who takes her on a runaway journey up the West Coast of America to find a solution to her predicament and an unlikely way back home away from prying eyes, Ruby rediscovers true freedom beyond the dreams she bought from Hollywood.

RUBY will also be accompanied by a VR portraiture project on the subject of freedom, focusing on the stories of unknown women from around the world who live sovereign and authentic lives beyond the patriarchy.
